Tax Planning
Our clients turn to us for assistance in planning in order to minimize their tax liabilities. Our research activities and continuous monitoring of tax law changes and interpretations assure clients of up-to-date guidance in all tax matters. Communication is the key to effective tax planning. We meet with clients to share information, goals, and objectives so we can effectively provide financial guidance and tax consulting.

Tax Return Preparation
We work with our clients to obtain accurate information when preparing their tax returns. Additionally, we review the completed tax returns with our clients. Our tax return preparation services include:

We prepare financial statements and perform review or compilation procedures. J. Morgan Nutt, CPA is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Kentucky Society of CPA's. We participate in the quality review programs for both of these organizations and have periodic "peer reviews" performed by an independent CPA firm.

Reviews
Comprehensive review procedures meet the needs of many companies and are accepted by bankers and creditors - depending on the size and complexity of the business. We are experienced in performing financial statement reviews for a variety of entities.

Compilations
Compilations are generally prepared for start-up or other businesses that do not require audit or review reports.

MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE
We offer financial advising for our clients. We meet with our clients to plan and determine strategies for increasing their profits. Additionally, we interpret operating results and work to develop operating budgets, to advise on ways to control costs, and to evaluate accounting and operating policies and procedures.
